Customer service is good, not worth the money for constant spotty wifi, I’ve never had as many issues with an internet company as I have with TKS, also don’t know why they have a monopoly over the whole base but that’s out of my pay grade, I would recommend getting starlink

Doris helped me with an e-sim, which turned out to be far more complicated and time consuming than normal. This was partly due to how I wanted to set it up.
Doris worked patiently and agreeable to achieve what I wanted, while Dave took care of the long line of customers with their own needs.

Decent people in the store, I’ve been waiting on a technician to fix my internet for 3 days now even tho everytime I call they say they’re gonna put me at the top of the reminder list im paying for the 1000mb and I only have the 200mb since they still haven’t came to fix my internet

The workers at the store are fine, but 1. The internet service is horrible and it would always go out, switched to starlink which was €60 cheaper and way faster. Also went to cancel phone service because we are pcsing in two weeks and they won’t cancel the service until a month after we have left. 0/10 experience go with starlink for wifi and go to an off post cellphone provider do not recommend.

When it comes to setting up your phone and internet service, I strongly encourage you to go with TKS. Doris and David were very attentive and helpful in assisting my needs in Vilseck, Germany. Through every interaction we had they provided patient and excellent customer service with detailed information about their company's products and services. Thank you both!

So I will rewrite this since the last came down…

Not sure how this service gets any positive stars. Every single person that I know that “HAS” has this service complains about it. It will work okay in very select locations from my experience, and I have been all over Graf. The following is my personal experience with this service, speaking only for me. But again, every person I know that has used this service has canceled and gone with a different provider, let that sink in.

-got the service about a month ago. Was told it worked great no matter where I was located. I was pretty surprised as to how complicated it was to set up an iPhone using this service, no joke a pain in the (word I cannot say apparently because people are so sensitive) watching the rep set up my phone.
-got back to Aachen and noticed that the service was far worse than the WiFi that my phone provider gave, no comparison at all. Moved around Aachen and there was no change. Also noticed that it disconnected from my phone a few days later. Trying to re-establish the WiFi myself was not worth it because it was just a pain in the ass. So I had to drive back to TKS on main post.
-spoke with the same rep and he was not that much help other than telling me what I already knew, that it disconnected. He had no answer why the service was so bad, told him that I would try it for a week now that it was connected again.
-came to Vilseck where it disconnected again, surprise. Went to the TKS store in the main exchange, rep talked me into putting the card in my phone instead. Actually stated to me that the pucks are pretty useless out here. I’m going to say that again……the rep actually stated to me that THE PUCKS ATE PRETTY USELSS OUT HERE. He recommended that I use my phone instead with the card inside of it. He installed in.
-worked okay (faster than my phone is normally but not by a lot) for a day then guess what… yep it disconnected from my phone again. When I searched for the TKS WiFi on my phone it was no where to be found. Turned my phone off after I tried to reset the WiFi, nothing.

This service is absolutely garbage and a waste of money. This is not just my experience. BEFORE you try using this service, ask other people who have had it (or suffer through it) what their thoughts are. It is not cheap by any means. You would think for what it costs that it would be at least reliable.

Their service is garbage, they are rude, they do not explain anything, and when you have questions they belittle you and make you feel stupid. It sucks we are forced to settle and deal with them. AAFES should say something about their poor customer service. The only reason they have a job is because of us.
