Went in today BECAUSE of the good ratings this store has and wanted to upgrade two phones. Looked around, compared phones (by ourselves) and walked right out. No one even acknowledged our presence. I realize that there was another customer being helped, but no one even greeted us. So…we’re taking our business elsewhere.

I have insurance and have paid off my device and needed a repair. The process was horrible. It took over 2 hours to make 7 phone calls to try and get an appointment for the repair shop. Then the manager Chris wants to just sell me a more expensive plan I don't need in order to get a new phone. I don't need to spend more money to be locked into a more expensive plan. He was bragging about transactions and commissions while I was on the floor. He is ridiculous. I pay for insurance so I should be able to use it instead of being pushed to make his store retail numbers better. Train your employees better to not force more expensive unnecessary things. I don't want a new phone, I want to use the insurance I've paid for since day one. He was so pushy, and continually interrupted me whenever we were talking. He doesn't help his associates, but wants to retrat into the office for "executive things" when i walked in. This left both his associates busy and me waiting 30 minutes. He had no problem helping someone buy 4 apple products, but didnt have the time for me. Assurant was almost no help too. Macario (which was the most helpful associate) helped me talk with 6 different people on the phone until we got one rep that was helpful. He also helped other walk in customers with exemplary service and managed the floor flawlessly without the support from management. One of the assurant techs even canceled my repair claim! Fix your process. I should be able yo use the insurance I pay for and not have to go through this ridiculous process. Learn more from macario. He deserves 5 stars, but you get this rating because of your ridiculous process for claims and horrible, unsupportive, and pushy manager, Chris.

Recently upgraded my phone at this location and am completely taken aback by how sleazy the sales people/manager are. Just avoid this location all together or get in writing anything they promise you

First I was given multiple accessories (phone case, screen protector, and charger) with my upgrade that I was assured were included with the upgrade. After getting my first bill I am being billed monthly for each with no way to cancel

Next, they upsold me on the T-Mobile home internet - promising multiple times if I didn't like it, I could return it "hassle free" within two weeks. The internet was terrible and I brought it back to the same store within a week (received confirmation text and it was marked returned on my account) but the equipment was never de-activated so I was still billed for it. I returned to this same store and was told there is nothing they can do and to call T-Mobile
